✦ Terms of Services ⌯⌲

By commissioning you are agree to the existing T.O.S

- Payment can be done after I finished with the sketch of your order.
- Commissions will be First come First serve, but if you don't pay within 72 hours after the order is placed, I will replace your position in the queue with someone else.
- You can message me if you want to hold the commission, and you have 1 week to pay for the commission
- You can send your payment in USD or IDR
- Complex characters and additional props will cost extra charges(depending on the complexity)
- You can ask for revision up to 5 times and will cost extra charge beyond that
- Unshaded reference sheet preferred, but you can still send shaded reference sheet or description of the character(No NSFW)

✮ Commission Progress ✮

- Sketches will be sent after being made to check if there're any errors or modifications needed, and will continue to lineart stage after you pay(you can ask for rough coloring before the lineart start)
- I won't make any modifications that majorly affecting the drawing after the sketch is confirmed(you can still ask for small changes after)
- I will be prioritizing commissions without backgrounds before others with backgrounds
- Commissions will take around 2 weeks - 4 months to be completed, depends on the complexity of the commission and how busy I am with school and other stuff. If I can't finish your commission in a certain situations or if i took more than 4 months to finish, I'll notify you and we can discuss a refund

✮ Commission Usage ✮

- I have all rights to my work
- You may post the finished commission anywhere as long as there are credits(my social can be found on the main page)
- Feel free to ask me if you need a watermarked version to post it publicly
- You're not allowed make any modifications to the commission without my consent(this includes tracing and adding new elements). If I do gives you permission, please credit me if you wish to post it publicly and specify the one who made the modifications
- You have no rights to redistribute my work(this includes re-selling, and other profitable thing)
- Do not use my work for AI training

✮ Extra ✮

- Make sure you have permission with the characters and materials you provided me
- Prices are not negotiable
- Please don't rush me or asking me about the progress too frequently. If it's been a long time and there's no updates about the commission feel free to reach out
- I might decline your commission in some cases if i feel uncomfortable with the materials you provided me or when I'm focusing on real life stuff for the moment
